Our checkpoints are well stocked so you’ll be well fuelled throughout the day. We cater for all dietary requirements including vegans. Support crews, friends and families are more than welcome to attend the checkpoints however we do ask that runners take priority overall. Please be considerate of our neighbours at checkpoints - keep the noise down to a minimum and be considerate when parking.
