Refund and Transfer Policy
As the current COVID situation is still very uncertain regarding our imminent events, we would like to reassure you of your options if they get postponed. We are working closely with all the appropriate agencies but the final decision on whether we get the green light remains out of our control.
We are keeping everything crossed and are working hard behind the scenes, we would like to take this opportunity to once again thank you for your continued support and patience.
If an event gets postponed beyond our control
The event will pass to a new date with automatic transfer.
If you can not make the new date
1. You can transfer to any event of similar distance/cost within a 12 month period.
2. You can transfer your place via Si Entries to a friend or family member (THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE A WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT).
3. You can request a voucher for the full amount of the entry - valid for 12 months.
We can not offer refunds. We would like to remind you that we can not offer any of the above if you cancel your entry in the week leading up to the event, as stated in our T&Cs.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS YEAR WE WILL BE ASKING FOR PHOTO ID AT REGISTRATION FOR SAFETY REASONS.
